LSS has purchased a district license with SchoolAI to provide teachers and students with a safe environment for exploring the uses of AI. We have filed an Exhibit E to secure a Data Privacy Agreement with the vendor. Student access is limited to access Spaces created by their teachers. Those Spaces are monitored by the assigning teacher. 

Our district uses Google Workspace for Education. Gemini is available for staff but is not enabled for student use. Teacher can utilize other AI tools but only with personal accounts. 

Our district uses the AI Trust You Google Doc add-on for creating a common language, and encouraging integrity around AI usage for teachers and students.
