Technology

The LSS Technology department is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the district's network and wireless infrastructure.

Technology Support Technicians provide technical assistance for the network and technology equipment. An Instructional Technology Facilitator is based at each school to support staff with effective instructional technology integration and to serve as the school's technology coordinator.

All staff and students are issued a managed Lakeland Google account.

Certified employees are issued a district-owned Mac device. Classified employees are generally not issued a device unless the specific job requires it.

Staff use Incident IQ to submit help tickets so issues can be addressed by the appropriate staff.
