The LSS Technology department is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the district's network and wireless infrastructure.
Technology Support Technicians provide technical assistance for the network and technology equipment. An Instructional Technology Facilitator is based at each school to support staff with effective instructional technology integration.
All staff and students are issued a Lakeland Google account.
Certified employees are issued a district-owned Mac device. Classified employees are generally not issued a device unless the specific job requires it.
Staff will report help tickets in Incident IQ so they can be addressed by the appropriate staff.
